I worked hard and saved for months to spend over $800 dollars and i will not have that taken from me. This LSO company they are using is fraud! I dont know how fashion nova hasnt been involved in a lawsuit knowing they are using an unreliable shipping company. Im going on an international trip to my home country and need things in my order.
Ive ordered from Fashion Nova a few times before. I placed an order a week ago for almost $630 dollars and another order for my husband for almost $200.

Go to ***** instead, they ship all the way from ***** and still offer a free return label and u can even add items from a previous purchase to a new return at no additional cost! ***** has more to offer anyway! I hope Fashion Nova goes bankrupt and dies out. I wish i could post a photo here so you could see the drastic difference in these pants and whats pictured on their website. I dont even care about the fact that its store credit, but having to PAY to return it? Fashion Nova is rich and this was THEIR mistake, NOT MINE! They just showed me that i am worthless and not valued at all as a paying customer and best believe they wont get another dime out of me. I then asked for a supervisor and a supervisor named **** also informed me i would have to pay $8, which is almost half the cost of the f****** pants, to return the pants for store credit.
I spoke to a customer service rep via email (because of course theres no way to contact this scam a** company by phone) and she said I would still have to pay for a shipping label to return the pants i never asked for. the pants i received are a dark army green literally NOTHING like the picture. One being a pair of pants that were advertised and pictured as pastel green. I ordered a few things from them a few days ago.
